You don't need more hours in the day - you need better strategies! Time Management is a continuous action of planning and taking control of time available to increase efficiency and productivity. Every person living on this earth has the same number of hours, minutes, and seconds in a day. Yet at the end of the day, we realize that we need more time.

Why can some people accomplish so much more in a day than others? This practical corporate training workbook provides tools to maintain control of your schedule, eliminate distractions, and focus on what truly matters. Get more accomplished with less stress and without suffering from burnout.

Build habits to stay focused and boost productivity. Master the skills high performers use to boost impact and achieve meaningful results. Stop reacting and start managing your time to get the right things done. Stay focused and turn time into your greatest advantage.

Experience working with adult students in the classroom and being an administrator in one of our nation's most celebrated technical colleges have provided Dr. Waddell with an excellent background in preparing others for workplace challenges. She continues to break ground creating instructional materials to reach youth and adult audiences as well as business professionals as they develop skills to achieve personal and professional goals.

When she is not writing books and leading workshops, Penny loves spending time with her husband, Bill, their three daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren, extended family, friends, and an excessive number of pets. Bill and Penny enjoy traveling all over the world and nurturing their small apiary farm to harvest enough local honey for family, friends, and acquaintances.

"Thank you for leading the time management seminar at AJGA. We really enjoyed the session and learned so much about time management. The energy you brought kept us engaged and interested. I even put the Eisenhower Matrix on my desk to reference as I work toward being more efficient and productive with my time. Thanks for giving us practical tools to take control of our schedule and focus on what truly matters!"
Charlie Turner, American Junior Golf Association
