Success in Mathematics Can Be Yours: A Handbook to Cope with and Overcome Math Anxiety for Students and Teachers provides strategies for students and teachers to deal with math anxiety and even eliminate it. The author intersperses anecdotes from his thirty-eight-year teaching career as a Professor of Mathematics with recommendations for coping with the anxiety. Written for both students and teachers, the handbook addresses common misconceptions about mathematics and the causes of math anxiety. It presents a new perspective on math anxiety and shows how everyone who is math-anxious can be successful in mathematics.
