Dr. Bridget Chaves is an accomplished school administrator and author with a passion for teaching and learning. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Leadership and Innovation and a Master of Education in School Leadership from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from DePaul University. She loves adventure, books, working with learners of all ages, figure skating and all things related to language development.

Sharlitta Gilbert is the Language Acquisition Specialist for the Milford School District in Delaware, bringing her extensive experience as a former Spanish and multilingual learner teacher to the role. With a deep passion for language teaching and learning, Sharlitta delights in fostering a love for language in others. When she's not working, she enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for reading with her two energetic children, Noelle and Clinton, who are always eager for a new story.
