Most fitness advice fails leaders because it assumes a calendar they simply don't have.

As a high-performing professional, you know exactly what it takes to drive execution, manage risk, and hit your organizational objectives. Yet, when a chaotic workday hits, your personal health is often the first thing dropped from the schedule. But staying fit as an executive isn't a time problem or a discipline problem-it's an execution problem. Health stays abstract while everything measurable wins the calendar.

In Executives on the Run, corporate executive and USATF Masters All-American athlete Danny Monistere delivers the missing operational framework built for an imperfect, unpredictable world. Shifting away from rigid, unrealistic fitness dogmas, this tactical manual introduces the concept of the "minimum effective dose" and a seamless substitution process designed to keep you moving-no matter what your day throws at you.

Lap 1 The Basics
Lap 2 Benefits (The Executive ROI)
Lap 3 The Workout Plan
Lap 4 The Exercise Buffet
Lap 5 The Power of Snacking
Lap 6 Nutrition and Supplements
Lap 7 The Road Warrior
Lap 8 Sticking With It
